Standard port layout. Supine with 10-12 degrees reverse-T, arms out. Right side up if needed. Entry point at infra-umbilical or LUQ. Arm 1 (bipolar) as far lateral as possible and inferior to liver edge prior to cephalic retraction. Camera and scissors/Vessel Sealer split difference between 1 and 4. Extraction site at arm 3 or infra-umbilical.
